Purpose and Scope of This Form
This Pre-Contract Information Form has been prepared under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation so that you are informed before you purchase a Yonevo subscription. After you have read and confirmed the form, the Distance Sales Contract is concluded.
Who does it apply to? The Consumer Protection Law defines natural and legal persons acting for non-commercial or non-professional purposes as "consumers". The protective provisions of consumer legislation do not apply to persons who purchase the subscription as part of their commercial or professional activity (e.g. professional management companies); in that case the relationship between the parties is governed by the Terms of Use and the general provisions of law.

Main Characteristics of the Service
Yonevo is cloud-based (SaaS) software for managing apartment buildings, residential complexes and mass housing. The subscription covers the right to use the software over the internet; no physical product is delivered.
Main functions provided under the subscription:
- Automatic, recurring period-based maintenance fee charges
- Collection tracking and late payment penalty calculation under Article 20 of the Condominium Law
- Cash, bank, cheque / promissory note and ledger account management
- Cash-basis book and double-entry accounting modes; journal, general ledger, subsidiary ledger and trial balance reports
- Income and expense, budget and operating budget management
- Resident portal, announcements, polls and notification management
- Bulk data import via Excel, role-based permissions, audit trail
The current and full scope of the service and the list of modules are shown on the Pricing page and on the order screen. Yonevo may update the scope of the service in order to improve it; changes that materially reduce the subscriber's acquired rights are notified in advance.
Price, Payment and Invoicing
The subscription fee is calculated according to the number of units managed. The amount shown on the Platform at the time of order and confirmed in this form is the total price, including all taxes; no other undisclosed charge is requested. Current price ranges are published on the Pricing page.
- Payment method: online payment by credit card, or bank transfer/EFT.
- Payment period: the subscription is charged in advance for the selected period (monthly or yearly).
- Invoice: sent by email after payment.
- Price changes: prices are not changed during the current period. Price changes for a renewal period are notified a reasonable time before the renewal date; after the notice, the subscriber is free not to renew the subscription.
Performance and Duration of the Service
Once the payment is confirmed, the service is made available electronically and immediately for your use. The subscription is valid for the chosen period (monthly or yearly).
- Free trial: a 14-day trial is offered without asking for payment details. No fee is charged during the free trial and no automatic charge is made when it ends.
- Renewal: unless notice is given otherwise, the subscription renews for the same period. Renewal can be switched off in the account settings.
- Termination: the subscriber may end the subscription at any time, without giving a reason and without paying any penalty. Termination takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Right of Withdrawal
In distance contracts, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. For service contracts, this period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
Exception to the right of withdrawal — please read carefully. The Distance Contracts Regulation provides an exception for services performed instantly in electronic form: if, with the consumer's approval, performance of the service begins before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal ends. Because a Yonevo subscription is made available immediately after payment, it may fall within this exception.
For this reason, Yonevo asks you separately, during the order, whether you want the service to start immediately. If you confirm an immediate start, the same screen clearly tells you that you will lose your right of withdrawal. If you do not confirm an immediate start, the service starts at the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and your right of withdrawal is preserved.
In any case, before paying you can use the service with the 14-day free trial and make your decision afterwards.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is enough to give clear notice within the 14-day period through one of the following channels:
