Large Complexes & Mass Housing·The same order at a larger scale

Run thousands of units with the same order.

In large complexes the difficulty is usually volume rather than rules: hundreds of charges, hundreds of payments, notices to many people. In Yonevo charges are posted in bulk by rule, the late payment penalty runs by the same rule, bank transactions are gathered in one list, and the ledgers and reports come from the same records.

Tell us your number of units and what you need to set up.

Common situations

Which of these sound familiar?

Monthly charges for thousands of units
Preparing the monthly charge by hand across many units takes time and needs period and duplicate-record checks.
Posting payments to units
Working out which unit each of dozens or hundreds of daily transfers belongs to is a heavy workload.
Applying the late payment penalty consistently
Calculating due dates and penalties by the same rule across many debts needs orderly records.
A financial picture by block
Seeing which block is building up arrears needs a current, unit-level table.
Questions from auditors and the board
The board of representatives, the auditors and many unit owners ask for answers; they should come from the records.
Knowledge lost when staff change
When accounting staff or the manager change, what was kept in personal spreadsheets can leave with them.
How it works in Yonevo

The same work, in one orderly record.

Bulk Charges by Rule

The monthly maintenance fee is charged to every unit by the period and split rule you set; posting the same period twice is blocked.

Bank Transactions in One List

With supported banks, transactions are fetched automatically over a read-only connection; statements from other banks are brought in through data migration. You confirm which unit each payment goes to.

Late Payment Penalty (KMK Art. 20)

The penalty is calculated by rule; it can be shown live on the statement or posted as a record every day. The default method is daily.

Balances by Block

The period balance report groups by block; from the totals you can go to a single unit's statement.

Accounting Ledgers

Double-entry mode keeps the journal, general ledger, subsidiary ledger and trial balance; reports for the general meeting and audit are available as PDF or Excel.

Data Migration and Checks

Units, people and opening balances are imported from Excel; the last step checks whether the records are consistent with each other. Having our team do the migration is quoted separately.

Role-Based Permissions and Change History

Accounting, collections and management teams work with separate per-module permissions; the auditor signs in with a read-only role. Who changed each record, and when, is tracked.

Notices to Many Residents

Announcements are published in the portal to the whole property or to selected blocks; bulk SMS and email go out with a target audience and a list of recipients. SMS is sent from the property's own SMS account.

Enterprise Pricing & Custom Quote

Pricing is calculated automatically for up to 2,000 units. For 401–2,000 units a volume quote is optional; projects above 2,000 units receive a custom quote.

Example workflow

How does the move work for a large complex?

The suggested order; you can do each step yourself or leave the migration to our team.

  1. 1
    Gather the records
The unit list, land shares, owners and tenants, and the balances on the handover date are brought together.
  2. 2
    Run the data migration
Records are imported through matching and verification steps; a row that does not match is not silently skipped, you are asked about it.
  3. 3
    Set up the rules
The fee split, due day and late payment penalty settings are entered according to your management plan.
  4. 4
    Compare, then start
Opening balances are compared with the old records; once the consistency check is clean, the first period's charge is posted.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Yonevo support mass housing projects with 2,000 apartments?

Yonevo provides period-based charges, recording payments and settling them against debts, accounting, budgets and tracking by block for large, multi-block mass housing projects. Pricing is calculated automatically for up to 2,000 units; projects above 2,000 units are handled with a custom quote. When planning the switch, data volume, user roles and integration needs are reviewed alongside the number of units; we recommend measuring your own data volume during the trial.

How are monthly maintenance fee charges managed for thousands of apartments?

Fee rules and a period plan are defined; charges are created in bulk by those rules, and posting the same period twice is blocked. Different amounts can be entered per unit, and block-specific costs can be charged only to the units in that block. Exceptions should rest on a basis such as the management plan or an assembly resolution.

We receive a lot of bank transfers; how are payments processed?

With supported banks, account transactions are brought in regularly over a read-only connection; statement files from other banks are imported from the data migration screen. Transactions are recorded in the bank ledger and pending ones appear in one list. The management chooses which unit's account an incoming transaction is recorded to; a single transfer sent for several apartments is recorded as a separate collection for each apartment. During data migration, a person's collections are split across their apartments with a suggestion that starts from the oldest open debt.

Is block-level tracking available in multi-block, multi-phase developments?

Units are defined with their block; the period balance report groups by block, and block-specific costs can be charged only to that block. There is no separate budget per phase. Users work within the property and role permissions assigned to them.

We are a management company; can we manage several large complexes from one account?

Yes. A management company can follow several properties from one account. Each property's accounting and permissions are kept separate; company users work only in the properties assigned to them and on the actions they are allowed. Pricing is based on the total number of units in the account; for multi-property portfolios, write to us and we will work out the total price together.

How long does data migration from our current system take?

Besides units, residents, the chart of accounts and opening balances, past transactions can also be imported. Source columns are mapped to system fields, the mapping is saved as a template, and records are flagged with a confidence level so that uncertain ones are left for approval. An import batch can be undone within 24 hours if no transactions have been entered against those records since; once complete, checks such as cash and bank reconciliation and period continuity are run. How long it takes depends on how orderly the data is, how much history is included and the reconciliation needed. For large projects, a migration plan with a sample import and opening balance reconciliation is recommended.

How does pricing work at scale?

The price is calculated from the total number of units in the account and the accounting mode; prices include VAT. You can start with automatic pricing for up to 2,000 units. Between 401 and 2,000 units a volume quote is optional; projects above 2,000 units need a custom quote. Current amounts, the accounting mode difference and additional services are explained on the Pricing page.
